Great customer service 100x better than Milford Kia. Bought a 2015 Optima from the Milford location and seems like from day 1 there were issues with the car. On one occasion Milford refused to cover a few minor things,(the door handle literally came off and the latch to the gas tank wouldn't hold shut.) Stating they were not under warranty because there was some sort of physical damage. Then charged not one but two diagnosis fees. Stamford Kia did both jobs free of charge.
Angie whom I communicated with via internet was wonderful and the prime reason I ended up purchasing my vehicle there. We negotiated a price via e-mails. I showed up un-announced a few day later after no contact and she was at the reception desk and was most kind and energetic. She introduced me to my sales person Dan Lynch who was knowledgeable and finalized the deal without the usual car purchasing experience (i.e. usually uncomfortable to bad). I had my own loan financing in place and they did not pressure me into unwanted products. I recommend highly. I hope they value Angie's employ!
Brian is great! He always remembers who I am, where I work, and it feels great to get such customer service! I currently have a 2018 Kia Optima but before that I had a 2014 Kia Sportage and had issues with the electrical system that affected the car from turning on at times- this was a manufacturer issue but the technician and mechanic Andre completely took care of fixing the problem because it did take multiple visits to rectify the problem and Brian and the drivers took care of getting me to work and returning my car to me.
